Flooring, beautifully considered
Floor & Form is part of Cranleigh Carpet Warehouse, an established flooring retailer and installer, and is its premium flooring specialist working with owners of premium homes, and as a specification and delivery partner to interior designers, architects and developers. We supply and install carpets, bespoke stair runners, engineered wood, luxury vinyl and natural flooring in Chichester and across West Sussex, Surrey, north-east Hampshire and South London.
Our approach
Fewer projects, more attention
We built Floor & Form around a simple observation: most flooring disappointments are not caused by the material, but by the decisions made around it. A carpet construction that cannot cope with a staircase. A board specified over an unmeasured, unprepared subfloor. A pattern set out from the wrong wall.
So we work the other way around. We start with the property, the room and the household, then choose materials that suit all three. We measure carefully, record subfloor condition and moisture, plan setting-out before ordering, and install with our own experienced fitters rather than subcontracted labour we have never met.
The result is a calmer process and a floor that still looks considered in ten years' time. We would rather take on fewer projects and give each the attention it deserves.
